Believers in Business

The 2024 Believers in Business Conference is a unique opportunity for us to hear how God has given strength to today’s prominent Christian business leaders. Our keynote and panel speakers will be sharing their professional and personal journeys – how, through their ups and downs, God has worked in and through them – as well as practical lessons on how to serve and lead as believers in the workplace.
The Believers in Business (BiB) Conference, founded in 2006, is the largest student-run national conference that equips and encourages Christian MBA students and professionals to live out their lives and careers for the glory of God. It provides a forum for honest discussion on opportunities, challenges, and strategies for following Christ in the marketplace in ways that help them grow in their relationship with the Lord and impact others. Each conference draws more than 250 MBA students and business professionals to Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City.
Radically Inspiring: a Full Life in Christ
As believers, we are called to be the salt and light of this world. We’re called to be different. Yet it can often feel daunting to manifest our identity as the sons and daughters of God across every area of our lives.
Yet imagine a world in which we, as Christians, are so grounded in who we are in Christ that we no longer hold back how we show up.
Despite our insecurities and imperfections, we show up, knowing that we are the beloved children of an Almighty God. We show up, knowing that our goal is to glorify our Father as we reconcile our calling in business to partake in His redemption story. We show up, knowing that our good Shepherd guides us perfectly even if our career and life paths may not make sense at the moment. Imagine a world in which believers shape the culture of the world rather than follow it.
At BiB 2024, we seek to inspire you with stories of those who have shown up in such a way in their workplaces, families, and communities. We hope to inspire you through worship and fellowship with brothers and sisters who are on a similar journey as you.
As we hear radically inspiring stories, we hope that you leave the conference being moved to become the person who is radically inspiring.

Academy 1-Day is for aspiring redemptive entrepreneurs 35-and-under seeking to create a redemptive vision and strategy for their vocation.
