MBA Ministry

Upcoming Opportunities

We have a robust line up of in-person and virtual events for 2023. Keep checking back as more events will be announced.

We welcome Mordechai Wisemen (Cornell Johnson ’97), Managing Director of Firstfruit Funds Ltd and Jewish follower of Jesus, to our next Fireside Chat to discuss his diverse experiences in business, particularly as he lives and works in Israel. Mordechai leads the Firstfruits community, which is composed of Jews, Arabs & Gentiles around the world – walking in unity. They aim to empower marketplace leaders and grow businesses in Israel to advance the Kingdom of God. The discussion and questions of this fireside chat will focus on being a follower of Jesus as a businessperson (rather than engaging in political debate). We welcome all in the Alumni Network to attend, learn, and pray!

Mordechai has over 25 years of international management, marketing, technology, and business development experience in various industries. He has worked for companies in the US (mainly Silicon Valley), Europe, Israel, China, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. Mordechai has served companies and non-profit organizations ranging in size from small start-ups to Fortune 500 multinational corporations. Mordechai has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University. Mordechai also served in the IDF for three years as an enlisted combat specialist in Field Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism and over a decade in active reserves duty. Mordechai and his wife, Meira, have three children and live in northern Israel near the Sea of Galilee. Their children are the 5th generation of the family back in Israel following 2000 years of exile and the Holocaust. Mordechai himself is a 3rd generation of Jewish followers of Jesus.
