With an understanding of the need for innovative solutions to address quality, access, and cost challenges, Katherine has focused her professional energy on innovating better strategies and solutions to align healthcare prices with value. Katherine currently serves as a Partner of a global management consulting firm and leads the firm’s managed care service line within the healthcare practice. In her role, she counsels entities across markets – US and globally – on innovative strategies that foster entity growth and protect patient access. Katherine founded the firm’s Managed Care Center of Excellence to foster innovative solutions. Since then, the cell has developed the industry’s foremost solutions in managed care on strategic pricing and competitive intel. Katherine continues to spearhead new capability development at the forefront of innovation in price transparency and payment innovation.
